What is the Online Pet Record system for?
You can view your pets immunization records, surgical and medical events, prescription medication, pictures, videos of your pet during their visits at Log Cabin Animal Hospital and so much more.
How do I view my Online Pet Records?
You view your OPR site by visiting our website and using your e-mail address as your username and password (your home phone number with area code first, like 3171237734) to sign in. If you need to change your password, please call our office or e-mail to us.
Visit: www.logcabinvet.com
Click on Log Cabin Info then on “Online Medical Records”
Your Username = your e-mail address
Your Password= your home phone number with area code (like 3171237734)
Do I need a separate OPR site for each pet?
No! Your OPR system contains information for each pet with an active file in your account with us. (In order to have an active account, your pet must have visited our hospital.)
How secure is my OPR account?
Your Online Pet Records cannot be viewed by other OPR users.
