If you are already a client of LCAH, you DO NOT need to register. You can acquire your log in info from the staff of LCAH via e-mail or phone.
The LCAH website GENERAL AREA is available free-of-charge to pet owners. If you are interested in receiving our newsletter then you need to register and provide some basic information that allows us to send you our free newsletters.We do not collect any personal information without your knowledge!
To gain access to the ONLINE MEDICAL RECORDS section of the website you need to become one of our clients. Basically, you will access your own private website area of your pet(s) within our system. Once you receive your own password you will be able to enjoy the following unique benefits of using our system:
- You can view on-line your own pet(s) medical records, including past and current vaccinations, medical exams, the original laboratory test results, your pet's weight chart, dental chart, radiographs, pictures and videos of your pet(s), and recommendations by your veterinarians and staff.
- You can communicate with your doctors and staff via a Private Message Board
- You can communicate with other pet owners and our staff via our Public Message Board
- You can pick-up medicine and food from our After-hours Security Pick-up Boxes
- You or we can set-up automatic e-mail reminders about scheduled exam dates, lab results, medication schedules and a lot more...
